Kaitlin McGrane brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role at Nevada Commercial Services, having joined the team in August of 2019. With a background in property management dating back to 2015, Kaitlin briefly explored the realm of real estate investment before returning to her passion for managing properties. What she loves most about her job is the opportunity to help people and tackle new challenges every day, keeping her engaged and on her toes. Northern Nevada holds a special place in Kaitlin’s heart, offering a diverse array of outdoor activities right on her doorstep. She eagerly anticipates the upcoming summer season and looks forward to spending time at the lake. Kaitlin’s dedication to her profession has not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by her receipt of the IREM 30 under 30 award in 2023 and local recognition as ARM of the Year. Currently serving on the board for the local IREM chapter as Secretary and on the Associate Board for the National IREM Foundation, Kaitlin is actively pursuing her CPM certification with IREM, further solidifying her commitment to excellence in property management.

Nevada Commercial Services, Inc. – Assistant Property Manager
Kaitlin serves as an Assistant Property Manager for the Residential Division of Nevada Commercial Services. She is responsible for daily operations of approximately 9 properties in the Reno-Sparks area, along with her administrative and maintenance team. Kaitlin’s portfolio consists of approximately 250 units.

Cirtwill Investments – Real Estate Investor Assistant
Kaitlin was responsible for day to day activities associated with home flipping. She coordinated vendors, materials and real estate transactions. She also evaluated potential properties looking at markets and values of surrounding properties.

Kromer Investments- Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Professional
Kaitlin was responsible for assisting the manager in the day to day property operations. She was responsible for processing work orders, maintaining high levels of customer service, resident retention programs and leasing.
