Career Summary
Prior to coming to work for Nevada Commercial Services, Inc., Sherry began as a leasing consultant at Mountain Shadow Apartments, and from there, worked her way up to Assistant Manager at Canyon Vista Apartments, both with Sentinel Real Estate Corporation. While with Sentinel Real Estate she was able to assist multiple properties the company managed. Sherry worked with the managers to learn accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting and day to day management operations.
Now with Nevada Commercial Services for 3 years, Sherry manages nearly 150,000 square feet of office, retail, and medical space and 6 commercial property associations which include business parks and light to heavy industrial, including the South Meadows Association in Double Diamond and Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, some 100,000 acres in Storey County.
