Career Summary
Prior to coming to work for Nevada Commercial Services, Heather started as a leasing consultant and moved her way up to Manager in the first year with residential property management. Heather managed properties in Reno for numerous owners for take over and construction communities. During this time, she was Secretary, Vice president and eventually President of the Northern Nevada Apartment Association. Now with Nevada Commercial Services, Heather is a licensed real estate agent and holds her property management permit.

Help maintain sales office for starting community by selling new spec and future homes on existing lots, follow up with potential home buyers, creating and executing start letters, addendums and contracts for home buyers, weekly sales and construction meetings, data entry in Sales Builder and Sales Profiler and follow up with home buyers after they have closed

FPI Management-Alliance Residential- The Villas at D'Andrea - The Vintage at South Meadows-McCallister Co.-Northstar Management.
Leased, supervised, managed and maintained these communities by input into Yardi, AMSI, Rent Roll and Tenant Pro, conducting monthly large marketing campaigns to raise rent for larger income, trained all leasing/management staff and provided training for maintenance personnel, monthly reporting including: Marketing Plan, Budget Report, Owner's Report, Market Surveys and Occupancy Reports, conduct weekly sales/ staff meetings, being responsible for accounting, operations, budgets, marketing, customer service etc. on a daily basis, supervised up to 10 employees
Education
- Heather attended University of Nevada, Truckee Meadows Community College, University of Phoenix and ABC Real Estate to obtain her Real Estate license.
